Day Return Policy
Wrong part, don't like it, spouse blew a gasket
when it came? Whatever the reason, Wizard's
is happy to accept returns for an exchange, store
credit, or refund unless otherwise stated. We
cover all shipping for exchanges or store credit! That
means no risk shopping for you.
For return authorization, you must contact us within
30 days of receipt of item(s). Item must be in unused/unopened
new condition with all retail packaging. All
shipping covered for exchanges or store credit. Original
& return shipping not covered for refunds. Refunds
will be given in form of original payment. Any
items not returned as part of kits or package deals
will be considered a retail purchase and not refunded.
If the return has not been pre-authorized or the
item does not include all retail packaging (this
does not refer to bubble wrap, shipping box or similar),
a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Exchange only
on all clearance items. Shipping not covered on
clearance item exchanges. Heavy item shipping is
not covered for international exchanges. For
store credit, standard shipping charges will only
be applied to credit regardless of original shipping
method. Priority and Express shipping available
for additional cost for all exchanges.
Shipping damage to and from Wizard's is not
covered. Insurance is offered at an additional cost
during original purchase. You may insure the
package at your cost for all returns and exchanges.

How do I return
or exchange a purchase?
To send an item(s) back to Wizard's for return,
exchange, or store credit you must contact
us within 30 days of receipt of item(s) for return authorization.
The item(s) must be in new re-sellable condition with
all original retail packaging (this does not refer
to bubble wrap, shipping box or similar).
A copy of the
invoice or order number along with a note indicating
your preference for exchange, store credit, or return must be included. If the return has not been
pre-authorized or the item does not include all retail
packaging (this does not refer to bubble wrap, shipping
box or similar), a 15% restocking fee will be charged. |


Wizard's uses the United States Postal Service and UPS for
all shipping, domestic and international (payments
received Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are shipped
the following Monday). We strive to use the fastest
method possible that also allows for the most economical
cost. You will always find actual shipping costs
in all of our listings. Just look for the shipping
table.
All
Orders:
We ship orders 24-48 hours after payment has been
received
(personal checks require 10 day clearing).
Domestic & International Air Parcel Post and
Air Mail Letter Post are not guaranteed delivery
times. Delivery by these methods can be shorter
or longer depending on the USPS.
Busier times of the year will yield longer delivery
time for these methods.
Express Mail and Priority Mail is available.
Tracking included with Express Mail on domestic
and International shipments.
Delivery confirmation included on all shipments.
Wizard's always combines shipping when possible
to save you money.
International
Orders:
Delivery for international shipping can be delayed
for longer periods of time depending on the customs
clearance of your country.
International orders may have additional Value Added
Tax (VAT), duties, and other fees due. These fees
are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot
be prepaid.
True value will be marked on all customs forms for
international order and invoices will be included
